Return & Refund Policy

At Raghavi Trendz, returns and refunds are accepted only in cases of damaged or incorrect products delivered.

Return or refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, along with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof of damage or wrong product at the time of request. Claims without valid proof may be rejected.

Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, water exposure, or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund. Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Raghavi Trendz reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
